Every corner of Living Unified is designed around one goal: helping residents thrive physically, emotionally, socially, spiritually, and vocationally — in one connected community.
Each adult resident directs the housing decision, with family or supporters involved to the extent the resident chooses. Residents may adjust supports, change providers or move to another community setting at any time.
Optional healthcare and therapy coordinated around each resident's choices and schedule, with freedom to use qualified providers on or off the property.
Voluntary job training and coaching, appropriately paid work at Living Unified, and support to seek competitive integrated employment throughout the greater community. Employment is not a condition of housing or services.
A pool and hot tub, fitness center, game room, and theater anchor daily recreation.
Basketball and pickleball courts, a softball field, and walking trails for an active lifestyle.
Space for art, music, dance, and crafts — creative expression as part of everyday life.
Optional worship and spiritual supports are available. Residents may choose other congregations, practice another faith or decline participation without any effect on housing, services or employment.
Resident-chosen farm and animal activities may be recreational, educational or appropriately paid work. Participation is voluntary and based on each resident's goals.
Reliable, accessible transportation supports resident-chosen trips to jobs, healthcare, shopping, recreation, relationships, worship and other destinations throughout the greater community.
