Every building on this campus serves one goal: a resident's ability to live with independence, safety, and purpose — physically, emotionally, socially, spiritually, and vocationally.
Homes for every level of independence
Apartments and small homes with private living space, ordinary lease protections, lockable doors, compatible roommate choice when housing is shared, and individualized support that can follow residents as their needs change.
Therapy & Medical Center
Optional on-site healthcare and therapy, plus support to use qualified providers throughout the surrounding community. Each resident chooses providers and services through a person-centered plan.
Workshops & Vocational Center
Voluntary job training and life-skills coaching, appropriately paid work opportunities at Living Unified, and support for competitive integrated employment with businesses throughout the surrounding community. Housing and services will not depend on accepting work or training.
Chapel & Counseling Center
Optional worship, spiritual support and faith-based counseling are available. Residents may worship elsewhere, practice another faith or decline religious activities without affecting housing, services or employment.
Clubhouse & Recreation
A pool, hot tub, fitness center, game room, and theater, plus a sports complex with basketball, pickleball, and a softball field.
Farm & Animal Programs
Residents may choose recreational, educational or appropriately paid work in the greenhouses, gardens and farm programs. Participation is voluntary and is not a condition of housing or services.
Arts, Music & Creative Center
An art studio, music and dance space, and crafts programs for creative expression and community events.
Transportation & Access
Reliable, accessible transportation supports resident-chosen trips to jobs, healthcare, shopping, recreation, relationships, worship and other destinations throughout the greater community.
